> How do i use Sea Moss gel?
Recommended daily amount to consume is 1-2 tablespoons a day. This can be taken direct from the jar or added to smoothies, oats, hot drinks such as tea or coffee and much more!
Full of minerals, Sea Moss also works wonders on your skin. It is a natural collagen that will help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and plump up the skin. Apply a thin layer on your skin for 10 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Once your order has been received, refrigerate immediately. Sea Moss can also be put into ice trays and frozen to be used at alater date.

As we soak our Sea Moss in lime, the final product has little to no taste. Sea Moss gel has a Jelly like texture. All sea Moss infused Gels will taste according to their flavour.
