After engaging in quite an unhealthy diet for most of my life mainly binge eating, it began to take a toll on my body and mind. 

Diagnosed in my early 20’s with what I thought was a bee sting or a spider bite on my finger (severely inflamed) was in fact arthritis. From that moment my self-healing journey began.

I had no choice but to lose some weight to ease the inflammation on my body so I began to research and read as much as I can about different herbs and their benefits and that’s when I stumbled across Dr. Sebi.  Dr. Sebi was a world-renowned herbalist, who prompted the use of sea moss for its healing benefits.
